New models yield deeper impact when they're made for good

    The Deutsche Bank enterprise
    program for social good

Strengthening place

Through its place-based Creative Enterprise program, established in 2002, Deutsche Bank invests in the unique capacity of creative institutions to serve as neighborhood anchors and economic drivers for their local communities.

Research has shown that these types of organizations can be powerful neighborhood hubs, creating jobs, attracting new business from visitors, and strengthening community cohesion and pride. They are also highly dynamic and versatile, capable of supporting communities in myriad ways.

Our support empowers these twenty-first-century learning institutions to prove out new models for engaging underserved communities and responding to their unique and evolving needs.

Funding in this portfolio is awarded primarily through a competitive RFP process, with each round focusing on a different, timely issue.
